Heart and Mind is truly a resource from the heart. It was founded by Audra Brosnahan, who is not only a registered nurse but a woman who is going through the experience of having a family member with Alzheimer’s.
Heart and Mind is a unique case management company in that it not only offers assistance with needed resources but also has the nursing knowledge and experience to help with specific medical needs and concerns.
Our hope and prayer is that our experience as registered nurses will help you choose the appropriate medical resource at the appropriate time, while saving the family undue stress and feelings of confusion. We are and will be a family support team.
